1st one in and it took till 5.30 for car to be ready for collection. This is on 1st service. Also at £400 service you do not top up AdBlue. which is fundamental fluid for performance of vehicle. Base cost is negligible to BMW. Very disappointed.

Charged for an item that wasn't fitted. Body shop did some work that was bodged. Service advisor said she was 'uncertain' as to why I had been charged for something that wasn't fitted and ' unsure' what the plastic trim was shown in photograph.

as mentioned earlier the work regarding the airbag was not done at the level it should've been and the housing wasn't refitted back. With something like the airbag it's dangerous for it not to be fitted back correctly.
