The music in the waiting area would benefit from being less loud. Could you have an area where I can wait without a TV, music and lots of comings and goings?! The addition of caffine free teabags was a nice touch, and the porridge pots.

I was told my head light adjuster was broken. When I drove at night the lights were so low it was unsafe. They were not like this when I went in to get a noise checked. Serviceman suggested other drivers would be flashing lights at me they weren't

The part fitted on Friday had a minor error that required attention. On Monday, I returned to Sytner BMW, and my car was rushed into the workshop and returned to me within an hour. There was no long wait or rebooking to another day.

I was told that BMW may do the MOT and then was told there wasn't enough time however i booked elsewhere and was told the car is now ready for its mot. It failed even after my visit at BMW this indicates not everything was checked. Poor service

Since the brake fluid service my cars brakes havent felt the same. When i press them its as if they are stiff and have almost no playroom. Also when i press them while driving its as if they are binding and not realising and it shakes the whole car.

Ben (finance manager) was great and maintained contact throughout despite staff changes in the sales team. They also helped out when I was stuck without a courtesy car when my car had to be serviced (unexpectedly as new car should have arrived)

The car was booked in for an all day appointment because of a recall regarding the EGR, it was supposed to be replaced on this occasion but it didn't happen, I also had an MOT carried out but that didn't get started until around 5pm.

I was called 6:30pm the evening before an 8am service to be told that they had issues contacting stratatone BMW Leeds regarding the payment for the work. This had been noted when the service was booked in 2023, so shouldn't be news.

When they replace EGR cooler. My engine cover had been damaged. I have been promised two times that they are going to fix it but it's still not sorted out. Really disappointed.

The BMW app showed the cost of a brake fluid service as £80.58 and yet the proposed charge was £130. Upon query by me this was reduced to £120. Ultimately it was agreed to reimburse me £40 when I raised the matter later with the service manager.

Process very slick but works undertaken were disappointing. Had four tyres replaced. Error message appeared when I drove off that the tyres were not matched. All four at different pressures and had to return two days later to have them rebalanced.
