When I booked the service, the BMW website was missing tasks that apparently needed doing. My website quote was <£400. Then the garage told me c.£600 the day before (based on a 'key read'). The final amount (after finding other issues) was c.£90

Every time I book my car in, I drop it off at 8.30 in the morning and work seems to begin after 3pm according to the tracker provided. I am not sure why it's necessary for me to drop it off so early if there's no prospect of work starting before 3pm.

It was very difficult to arrange an appointment to do the Safety Recall work as the Dealer's telephone system doesn't appear to allow customers to actually speak to anyone, so I eventually drove there to book, and still their system got it wrong.

Sytners now seem only to want to communicate viav Whatsapp. They do not answer the 'phone in the Service Department and someone is meant to ring you back. If you miss this call you get a Whatsapp message. I had to make four calls to book a service.

Communication wasn't great, was told would be updated on Monday but after no news to be told advisor wasn't in and no chase up. 5days without use of a car. Explicitly asked number of times for type pressures to be checked - wasn't done.

Wait time in customer service area is dreadful. When dropping the car off took over 30 minutes - left the keys with reception - then took 45 mins plus to pick up - always the same

Ok, always good service at BMW Leicester, that is certainly reflected in the cost of your visit, relatively small this time around with only a MOT to pay for,...plenty of space to work while you wait, and the staff are always attentive.

Professional and prompt meet and greet. Clear, concise explanation of process and approach. Clarification of alloy and paint insurance which was sold at car purchase (this is not joined up/ clear and should be clearer) I thought it a BMW insurance.

For last minute spec changes I feel there needs to be a clearer indication when the customer is about to cross from 'deposit down/vehicle ordered' - to 'car in production/spec locked in' state. This wasn't quite clear enough my view.
