The service was alright as far as I can tell. The (unexpected) need to replace two tyres was not satisfactory as I now have two different grades of Continental tyres on my car, I was expecting like-for-like replacement. Dealership not interested.

Paid £320 for an oil change and filter. Over a week later and in my eyes the car is still undriveable as I can't be sure what engine oil was put in the vehicle when it was serviced. Sytner Leicester couldn't care less.

Very satisfied with the service. The only gripe I have is only owning the X2 for 6 months and covering 3500 miles. I had to have the air conditioning sanitized due to it smelling it should have be cleaned before I received the car. Not under warrant.

I have had a service plan for over two years and every time i turn up for a service I have to explain that a service plan is in place. when I mentioned that my sat nav required an update I was told it would be £120 to do this but part of plan?

Poor experience compared to usual experiences at Sytner Leicester. On arrival I was waiting for some time in the drive thru to be seen. Then when I was seen the advisor states my paperwork was not even printed out and had to wait in the waiting area.

Only issue with this visit was that I wasn't informed of all the works being carried out. The vehicle was booked in for a brake fluid change and when I collected it, it had been given an MOT as well something of which I usually get done elsewhere.
