I'm wondering why my (old ) car suddenly needed it's headlights adjusting, after 10 years of no adjustments, and no other changes to any part of the car. The adjusters subsequently broke off because they had seized, and the car failed it's MOT.

After waiting for 40 minutes for someone to come and bring me my car and car keys, (after I had a call to say my car was ready) I had to complain to reception about how long I had been waiting. Apparently the email had been missed that I had arrived

I asked for my alloy wheels to be reconditioned as per my care package. I mentioned it when I booked and at drop off but it turns out it's a separate booking process. However, it wasn't done and I found out later that it's booked separately.

The service engineer pointed out screws which were damaged and difficult remove and places where bolts had fallen out. Also broken clips under the bonnet. It looks that the wrong tools have been used in the past. Only Sytner have serviced the vehicle

Great service. Only thing that was annoying was I had a complementary clean but because I had to have new tyres the wheels were not cleaned after the new tyres were fitted which let down the whole wow factor when collecting the car.

Paid £320 for an oil change and filter. Over a week later and in my eyes the car is still undriveable as I can't be sure what engine oil was put in the vehicle when it was serviced. Sytner Leicester couldn't care less.

The service was alright as far as I can tell. The (unexpected) need to replace two tyres was not satisfactory as I now have two different grades of Continental tyres on my car, I was expecting like-for-like replacement. Dealership not interested.
