It felt like a very personal experience, Denil had done research prior to me arriving for my appointment, to present me with different options I hadn't considered. Car arrived within a few days and was ready for collection.

As per answers above and below the process went well, however the only down side was BMW HQs fault as there is not a 3-pin charger included. This will be fine in the future but not now with so few public charge points and the car is only 7kW charge!

Awful experience at BMW Leicester. Tried to keep my car over the weekend as ran out of parts, without telling me! I only found this out when I called for an update. Dropped off at 08:00 in morning and left at 18:15.

as above, i have been using the car for less than a year, what started of as a few tiny holes in the upholstery has grown into larger holes. I have not caused this damage. The car seat should be durable enough.

The car went in on a recall break failure. Kept ringing in to get an update never once got a call back. Had the car for up to 5 days was told to lie. Also paid to get alloys refurb and they damaged A Different alloy. Still no call back been 3 week

I had an item listed on the check list that in my opinion was never dealt with. They called me to ask if they could change my rear brake pads, which I agreed to but it seems they did not look at the tyre sensor light. Still waiting for feedback..

The video health check showed up that I needed to replace the rear brake pads soon. I emailed the service advisor dealing with my vehicle, she gave me a price and said it could be done while my vehicle was being serviced. All work done same day
