Hi Mark
I hope you are well.
I found a few moments spare in my schedule, so thought I would take the opportunity to drop you a quick note of thanks for the excellent service I recently experienced at Sytner Leicester. This was down to two members of your team who constantly delivered unparalleled service, courtesy and assistance. The two guys I am referring to are Darren (in Service) and Oz.
The car was in for a small job but despite a few hiccups with getting it completed, the guys remained completely focussed and undeterred in ensuring that I went away completely happy. Nothing was too much inconvenience for them and they kept me regularly informed of progress throughout. Darren and Oz instilled a lot of confidence in me, primarily because of their honest and genuine nature - they did not make promises that they knew they would struggle to deliver on - but most of all, they wanted to ensure that the end result was a job well done.
The personal level of service that I received was second to none so I just had to make you aware of this - especially as this is something that is becoming more and more difficult to find nowadays. Please pass on my thanks to them both and also accept my gratitude for leading/running such a great team!!!

My wife's car was in for a warranty issue which was dealt with by Darren in the service department, I would just like to say how pleased we were with our first contact with Sytner service.
From the initial telephone call to collecting the car when the work had been carried out the professionalism was first class.

Dear Mr. Gough,
I am writing in appreciation for the service I recieved from Sytner Staff on 23rd February when my MINI Cooper was booked in for it's first MOT and winter safety check.
My vehicle was collected by a very friendly and polite man (who's name I do not recall) but who is an absolute credit to Sytner. He contacted me when my car was ready to be returned informing me that my MINI had also been cleaned (a pleasant surprise) and again was very courteous. When my car arrived home it looked brand new having been hand washed and valeted by Mark, I was so pleased. So well done Sytner and thank you for such excellent service.
